Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Finnovia platform (finnovia-solutions.com), operated by Finnovia Solutions SAS. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Finnovia provides an independent cybersecurity compliance assessment platform. Users can complete assessments based on recognized frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA) and receive an FR Rating reflecting their organization's cybersecurity maturity.
Account and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
The Finnovia platform, including the FR Rating methodology, assessment questionnaires, scoring algorithms, and all related content, is the exclusive property of Finnovia Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
Plans and Pricing
Finnovia offers several plans: Free (limited features), Founding Member, and Enterprise. Pricing and features are detailed on our pricing page. Finnovia reserves the right to modify plans and pricing with 30 days' notice.
Data and Confidentiality
Assessment data you submit remains your property. Finnovia uses this data solely to provide its services and calculate your FR Rating. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Finnovia provides assessments and ratings for informational purposes. The FR Rating does not constitute a certification or guarantee of cybersecurity compliance. Finnovia shall not be liable for decisions made based on assessment results. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Finnovia may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violation, with prior notice when possible. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of [TO BE COMPLETED], France.
